This important position works with the Sales Department and is responsible for collecting and maintaining the proper traffic instructions and commercial assets for all active advertisers broadcasting commercials on WBTV and sister station Bounce TV.
GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Works with the Sales Dept. to collect TV commercial assets and proper copy instructions for advertisers with schedules running on WBTV and Bounce TV
* Enters accurate traffic information into the stations computerized sales system
* Handles any commercial copy change requests that are sent by advertisers
* Maintains accurate commercial copy files and records in a neat and organized manner
* Helps track down missing copy assets or instructions for upcoming broadcast logs
Requirements
* College degree preferred
* Previous experience in TV or Radio sales traffic operations a must
* Acute attention to detail and strong organizational skills are needed
* Accurate computer keying skills are very important
