This is more than a data-entry job – you will be an integral part of an amazing sales team that is focused on providing a genuine value to our clients. You will assist Sales Managers and Account Executives by maintaining business from high-profile advertisers. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that these high-volume accounts run smoothly. You will be directly responsible for all aspects of sales fulfillment – including, but not limited to – order entry, makegoods, program changes, report generation, and general customer service. The ideal candidate will have broadcasting or media sales experience, strong customer service skills, a strong attention to detail, and the ability to grow. Responsibilities: • Work with account executives and sales managers to fulfill high-profile sales orders • Help maintain share by ensuring orders run cleanly and providing top-notch customer service • Steward accounts by developing makegood packages, tracking program changes, executing revisions, and looking ahead for issues • Supply agencies with regular pre & post logs, posts, and invoices • Foster relationships with contacts at agencies • Act as a liaison between Traffic, Production, and Accounting to ensure campaigns start on time and run issue free • Account stewardship: Monitor performance of media schedule and book underdelivery as necessary. • Other tasks as needed including inventory tracking and rate card maintenance • Maintain political files Required Skills Requirements: • Knowledge of and proficiency in Wide Orbit Traffic, Wide Orbit Sales, Medialine, Matrix, and Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel. • Great attention to detail is essential • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment • Strong data-entry skills • Ability to meet strict deadlines while maintaining accuracy • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently • Strong customer service skills A pre-employment drug screening is required.
