The successful candidate will be an organized, motivational leader with a clear focus on new business and digital development, helping ensure our sales force exceeds client expectations on any advertising platform. Candidate needs to be strong with pricing and inventory control, strategic planning, managing multiple sales projects, motivating and leading our overall sales effort. Must be able to work well under pressure and prioritize goals for the department and the station, as well as demonstrate a successful track record in sales management, proficiency in Wide Orbit, ComScore, Matrix and all Microsoft Office products. A college degree is preferred with 2 or more years of successful experience in media/television/digital sales management.
