Person needed to supervise active staff in the area of news production; audio board operations, audio set up, studio set-up, teleprompter and other video production associated duties. Must be able to train and manage technical staff to operate cameras as necessary to obtain desired shots. Coordinate desirable shots with producer/director. Detail and control profiles in lighting; studio lighting and management of lighting systems necessary.

This candidate will oversee set-up and tear-down of studio and remote equipment as scheduled; the individual must have good written and verbal communication skills and perform employee evaluations as scheduled. Be able to work mornings and as needed during extraordinary situations. Manage shift schedule for staff at all levels of production. Possess good decision-making abilities to maintain production standards of the news department. Goals for continued growth welcomed. A pre-employment drug screening is required.
