WBTV in Charlotte, NC is seeking a Senior Digital Sales Specialist to join our sales and digital campaign management team. This candidate will be responsible for working with the sales staff as well as responsible for campaign management of various programmatic campaigns to ensure performance, pacing and delivery. The Senior Digital Sales Specialist will work strategically with our sales team to design solutions that deliver results to various clients through our digital products. The candidate must have at least 2 years of digital sales and 2 years of programmatic campaign management experience and be organized, energetic and an effective communicator.


  • Campaign Management o Control self-service ad platforms to create and control digital buys for display, native, video, OTT
  • Own all steps of the AdOps process
  • Optimize all sold campaign to reach the stated goals  
  • Client Facing o Partner with sales team in pitching and closing new business by either being present on sales calls or creating campaign strategies to fit client goals
  • Lead monthly client-facing reporting calls to discuss campaign reporting as well as potential optimizations
  • Create and maintain relationships with current and future clients to grow revenue opportunities


  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred
  • At least 2 years of digital campaign management and 2 years of digital sales experience preferred
  • Must have your own dependable means of transportation
  • Experience working with others to close, maintain and grow business
  • Expert knowledge in all facets of digital advertising
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills. Both written and oral
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Must be proficient in Excel, Word, Powerpoint and Outlook
  • Experience with photoshop is a plus
  • Ability to multitask, manage multiple assignments, and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced, deadline driven and team-oriented environment
  • Pre-employment drug screen and clean MVR required.
