WBTV, virtual channel 3 (UHF digital channel 23), is a CBS-affiliated television station licensed to Charlotte, North
Carolina, United States. The station first signed on the air on July 15, 1949. When it debuted, WBTV was the 13th
television station in the United States and the first in the Carolinas.

WBTV is currently seeking an energetic and highly organized Digital Sales Coordinator. The DSC will assist Account Executives by providing internal support on all duties for digital sales. The ideal candidate will possess strong attention to detail, have superior oral, written and visual communication skills. This position requires the ability to work on multiple projects concurrently while hitting deadlines.

-Creation of PowerPoint presentations, database management, sales report maintenance -Efficiently work with the team of Account Executives/Management team
-Coordinate digital campaigns for clients and through our internal digital production, vendors, demand side platforms and traffic systems
-Assist sales management in running reports across a variety of software systems
-Create recaps of digital sales projects
-Undertakes research and special projects at the direction of management
-Client facing resource if others are absent
-Other duties as assigned by sales management


-Proven Success at multitasking and working in a fast-paced environment -Proficient with Microsoft Office Products
-Adobe Illustrator and HTML experience a strong plus
-Proficient with data entry (WideOrbit, Matrix a plus)

-Great attention to detail
-Strong Analytical ability
-Ability to meet strict deadlines while maintaining accuracy -College degree preferred
-Strong communication/interpersonal skills
-Detail oriented and responsive
-Google Adwords and Analytics certification a plus
