Local Sales Assistant

Duties:

Create, process, distribute sales reports such as aging, revenue analysis
Accurate order inputand makegood entry (Wide Orbit)
Update prime grid and paid grid (Google Drive Sheets)
Process and maintain client database (Matrix)
Post campaign analyses(WO Media Sales)
Process competitive spending analysis with industry-specific software (Kantar)
Responsible for tracking sponsorshipsales
Regular sales department administrative duties as needed
Will complete unplanned reporting as directed by sales management
Work with Research Director to create visually appealing presentations (print/screen).This includes regular merchandising material for a variety of business categories and/or specific clients. Developing a strong understanding of the research capabilities and how to apply them in a sales environment. Combining strong visual skills with an equally strong analytical mindset will be crucial to this role
Provide digital support by assisting with the management of digital media campaigns including but not limited to OTT, geofencing/programmatic display, video campaigns, contesting, collaborating on campaign strategy, ad copy creation and campaign optimization suggestions

Creative with strong design mindset preferred
Proficient with: Microsoft Applications (PPT, Excel, Word, Publisher)
Adobe Photoshop experience preferred
Wide Orbit Traffic (reporting, posting, revenue analysis, etc.)
Kantar Media (not required, but preferred)
Matrix (not required, but preferred)
Nielsen& Scarborough (not required, but preferred)
Adwords and paid social media experience (not required, but preferred)
Google Analytics experience (not required, but preferred)
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education/experience
