A critical thinker who excels in team building and fostering a culture of curiosity. Our must haves: Excellent writer and copy editor. Excellent ability to lead breaking news coverage, ability to plan long form and special event coverage, ability to execute station's quarter hour growth strategy, meet deadlines and manage the day to day mission of an expanding news operation. Will work closely with team members to plan and execute a three screen strategy to grow station footprint. The EP will supervise, evaluate, schedule and recruit producers. The EP is a problem solver who has the ability to grow people and the product.
